Ralph Bellizzi

Chairman and President

Ralph A. Bellizzi is the Chairman and President of Aaron, Bell International Inc. He established the company in November 1989. Mr. Bellizzi is a Senior Managing Director with a 45-year history in mergers, acquisitions, ownership, reorganization, expansion, and consulting.

His transactions ranged in size from start-up to Fortune 500. Mr. Bellizzi has provided a wide spectrum of services including planning, consulting, business reorganization, and funding for equity, debt, and leasing.

Mr. Bellizzi held Series 79 and Series 63 FINRA securities registrations and held a Principal Real Estate Broker license. He has owned or operated 18 privately held companies and two public companies. He also facilitated completing initial public offerings with four companies.

Mr. Bellizzi was one of eight members selected to serve on the International Business Brokers Association Ethics Committee. The committee developed IBBA’s code of ethics for its 1,200 members.

Military Awards – Vietnam 1969

Chief Warrant Officer; Assault Helicopter Pilot, Honorable Discharge; Distinguished Flying Cross, pending through Senator Michael Bennet; Purple Heart, 3 Bronze Stars, and 19 Combat Air Medals, including the Vietnam Gallantry Cross.

Dr. David B. Sinyard is the Vice-Chairman of Corporate Finance Associates Worldwide, an international investment banking, and strategic advisory firm, and directs the day-to-day operations of the Atlanta office.

The firm provides merger and acquisition services, capital raising, and strategic consulting services to entrepreneurs. He was a member of the Board of Directors of First Landmark Bank, a Marietta based $500 million community bank that was recently sold to National Commerce Corporation, a public company based in Birmingham, Alabama.

An Atlanta resident since 1984, Dr. Sinyard has served in an executive management capacity for regional, national, and international companies. He has over 35 years of experience in corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, investments, operations, and commercial real estate finance.

He received his Bachelor of Arts (B.A.), Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.), and Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from McGill University in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. More recently, he completed his doctoral studies at Georgia State University and received his Doctor of Business Administration degree in 2013. He holds various securities licenses and a real estate broker’s license in both Georgia and Florida.

Liza is the Business Development Manager for Aaron, Bell International.

She has a varied background in dealing with high-net-worth individuals from her past tenures with a luxury vacation club and a private equity firm dealing in luxury real estate. She graduated with a Liberal Arts Degree from Virginia Tech with concentrations in Spanish, Communications, and Political Science.

Liza enjoys sprint triathlons, snowboarding, and spending time with her kids.

Mr. Johnson is an associate at Aaron, Bell International, where he leads business development initiatives, origination, and evaluation of investment opportunities for the firm.

Mr. Johnson has extensive experience and a successful track record of working on the buy-side and as sell-side transactions. He has successfully worked with middle-market companies, having sourced numerous control-oriented equity transactions during his 7-year career in investment banking. These transactions generated over $340 million in enterprise value for his clients. Kevin’s experience spans all aspects of the investment life cycle, including sourcing, due diligence, negotiations, and deal structuring.

Prior to joining Aaron Bell, Mr. Johnson worked at a boutique investment bank where he was responsible for sourcing and evaluating investment opportunities. He is adept at leveraging his well-established relationships with Family Offices and Private Equity Groups to help his clients’ close deals. These relationships have helped him source strategic and financial partnerships in multiple sectors.

Mr. Johnson earned his B.A. in Marketing from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas.

Jake Martin

Analyst

Mr. Martin is an analyst at Aaron, Bell International, where he is responsible for providing industry research, financial analysis, and company evaluation on various mergers and acquisitions.

Prior to Aaron, Bell International, Mr. Martin previously held internships within finance and clinical operations with Kartos Therapeutics and additionally held a quantitative analysis and data research internship with Independent Investment Research.

Mr. Martin graduated in 2022 with his B.S in Business Administration with a Finance emphasis as well as an additional B.S in Biology.
